Look at your chest in a mirror. Put your hands up over your head and then on your hips. Move around so you see every part of your cheset, and make sure to look at your side profile and directly underneath your breasts. Massage Time. Next, keep looking in the mirror and put one hand behind your head. Place three fingers to your breasst/chest and begin to check for anything that does not feel normal. Switch & repeat. Up, Down, & All Over. Move your three fingers in small circles with light, medium and firm pressure. Walk your fingers to the next area, instead of lifting them off your chest. Make sure to check the entire breast/chest on each side. Get in those pits. Your armpit area is super important! Spend extra time here. This is where your lymphatic system is, and where many breast cancers develop. Don't Forget Your Nips. Lastly, squeeze your nipples. Any discharge or pain/ See a doctor right away. If you notice anything abnormal, make a doctor's appointment right away.
